It helps to include your device (iPhone or iPad), the iOS version, and what you tapped just before the problem.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and your published drills and plans, and signs Rink Locker out of your Apple ID. Drills, plans and rosters on your device stay on your device.

Report shared content

Use Report on any shared drill or plan, or Block a coach to hide everything they share. Reported content is reviewed, and content reported by several coaches is hidden until it's checked.
